urgent SOS needed
I have to go to a good friends party tonight at pizza express (UK). Luckily they've got their menu online, and the only thing I could have is:
Grand Chicken Cæsar
Torn chicken breast adds a whole new dimension to the classic combination of anchovies, parmesan, croutons, cos lettuce and Cæsar dressing
I know the book says it's ok to have this without the croutons, but I'm worried that I mess my weight loss up. I had a bit of lettuce with lunch today (about 100g) but what about the dressing/parmesan
any advice is appreciated, I'm living in 90 minutes
