I would watch the amount of cheese you are eating. My cause cravings and stalls if you eat too much....at least it does for me.

So you don't like a nice salad? I just love salads. I use romaine lettuce, onions, radishes, bacon bits, grated parmesian cheese and hidden valley ranch dressing. It is soooooooooooooooo good. Sometimes I also add chicken. Salads are just about my favorite meal.

I do make my salads, but I don't really like dressings, for some reason (and I've tried them all) they all taste really strong to me...I do like romaine, but I MUCH prefer baby spinach, I like that it has a mild taste and is soft and not crunchy...I too think spinach should be on the 2 cup list! Esp. Since its fresh, not canned or anything...so my salads are usually spinach with chicken breast strips on top and alittle bit of mozerella...I have ALWAYS loved cheese...hehe it's a hard habbit to break, I have been steadily cutting it down...but I pretty much have to have it with my veggies, to cover the taste a little bit...I should try to come up with some kind of butter/garlic sauce to sub the cheese sauce though...Thank you all for your kind, wise words! Also, I have been reading that a lot of people here drink up to 200oz of water a day!!! That to me seems like a LOT...I thought I was doing good with my 100oz a day! Should I be drinking more? I can if I have to, but if the 100oz is fine I'd much rather not drink 200 and have to go potty every 30 mins all day! hehe

With the amount of weight you have to lose, 100 oz should be fine.. The rules I always went by was "64 oz plus 8 oz for every 25 pounds you need to lose", so for me, that was much more water.. I started drink around 120-140 oz a day.. and now, if I drink less than that, I feel very thirsty..

Since you don't like salad dressing.. what about having tuna salad or chicken salad on a bed of lettuce, romaine, spinach, etc.. I do that alot just because I like something different.. or maybe try making your own salad dressing, that way you could control how strong it tasted.. Just a thought!

I will definitely try the tuna thing...when i can get to the store and get tuna in water instead of tuna in oil that i accidently bought! yuk! I also saw these nifty lettuce wrap things at the store, they are huge leaves so you can wrap whatever in them...I might try a tuna salad wrap! As for making a dressing...I wouldn't know where to start...I just don't like the tastes of any salad dressings...i wish there was sucha thing as low carb spaghetti sauce...i looked and looked at the store but nope! I would eat spaghetti sauce on anything if i could! (i know im weird)

You can buy the spaghetti sauce without added sugar.. just tomatoes, and spices I think.. also, I have seen the carb options spaghetti sauce, but I am not sure what the carb count on it is, cause I have never used it myself. What about just buying pureed tomatoes, and adding some garlic and other spices to it?

I think the carb options sauce is made by Ragu, but I am not for sure.. I know alot of folks have said that the carb options line of products has been disappearing from there local stores, however..

yeah I went to the store today, I swear they had about 30 differnt kinds of spaghetti sauce...after like 8 or 9 mins of looking I FINALLY saw a "sugar free" one on the bottom shelf...it was pretty cheap, it's the kind in a can...called Hunt's I think...the pictures didn't look that great...it kind of looked like a plain dark orange sauce...but I will let you all know how it turns out...the carb count is 6 per 1/2 cup...not GREAT but the lowest I could find..I might just use it as a dipping sauce for chicken strips or something!
