  • 1st day of OWL

    This is my first day in rung one (veggies) and I'd like to know how my menu is. When I was on Induction, I averaged about 15 to 16 net carbs per day, so I decided to go up to 20 total.

    Breakfast:
    Bacon, 4 slices (0 net carbs)
    Eggs, scrambled, 2 (1.2 Net carbs)

    Lunch:
    Oscar Mayer Beef Franks, 2 (2 Net carbs)
    String Beans, raw, 10 (2.06 Net Carbs)
    Lettuce, shredded, 2 cups (0.8 Net carbs)
    Kraft Ranch salad dressing, 1 tbsp (0.5 Net Carbs)

    Dinner:
    Broccoli, boiled, chopped, 2 cup (6.74 Net Carbs)
    Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz (1 Net Carb)
    Sirloin steak, fried, small (0 Net Carbs)

    Dessert:
    Pumpkin mix, 100% pure, 1/4 cup (2 Net Carbs)
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 3 tbsp (2.4 Net Carbs)
    Splenda, 1/2 packet (0.5 Net Carbs)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (0.6 Net Carbs)

    This totals to 19.76 Net Carbs (38ish total carbs not subtracting fiber). 1401 calories. 97 protein, 97 fat. (According to FitDay)

    How am I doing???

      I try to drink at least 60-64 oz... I'm not a big water drinker but force it
