B - 1 egg, 1 cup of coffee with 2 tbsp. heavy cream and splenda (1st coffee I've had in 9 days)
L - Salad with shredded cheese, pepperoni slices and grilled chicken. Dressing - Ranch mixed with some salsa
Snack - 1 oz of cheddar with a few slices of pepperoni
D- Taco Salad - ground beef, onion,jalepenoes, cheese, salsa and sour cream
Snack - 1/4 cup heavy cream mixed with splenda and 1/2 scoop Atkins Shake mix
Ooh, for exercise - 100 sit ups and then later went to Curves :yes
I am guessing I should not do the 1/4 heavy cream? I am currently in induction. I drank my water yesterday as well.
