    B: 2 eggs, 1 tble mayo
    caffine free tea w/2 pkts splenda & 0 carb cream
    carbs: 2
    L: flaxseed crust, 1 tbl tomato sauce, 1 oz cheese & pepperoni (pizza)
    1 cup cauliflower w/1 tbl sour cream, bacon bits
    1/4 cup pumpkin w/ 2 tbl cream
    carbs: 9
    S: 3 drumsticks, 1 egg, beef stick, 1/2 cup jimica w/splenda & cin.
    carbs: 2
    D: .5 pd beef w/1 oz cream cheese, 2.5 oz pork rinds w/cream, splenda & cinnamon, 1.5 cups lettuce

    Not sure what exactly some of that stuff is (flaxseed crust, pumpkin)

    but to me it looks like a little too much splenda.
    Also you could up your veggies to get your carbs up to 20.
    You have 13 carbs down there...or did you miss some?
    Not sure it all adds up. :confused

      You're on the right track there...

      Are you using Fitday to count your carbs and keep track of your protein/fat/carb ratio? If not here's a link with tips to help you..because I don't think your carb count is correct either.


      Cauliflower and pumpkin are both on the 1 cup list, so you've gone over your veggie limit for the day.
      I'm also wondering if you went over your splenda limit as well because you had 2 with breakfast, and then you don't mention how much you have later on in the other two meals.

      One other suggestion is to have a mix of salad veggies rather than just 1.5 cups of lettuce, so you get a wide variety of nutrients and fiber. :yes
