  • OK how does this look guys

    Hey heres what i had today haven't done the fitday thing yet but heres the list anyway.

    Breakfast
    2 scrambled eggs
    3 ozs of mince beef cooked in 2 tbs of vegetable oil

    Lunch
    8 oz steak cooked in 2 tbs of vegetable oil
    3 medium mushrooms
    3 chilli peppers
    1 cup of spinach

    Dinner
    10 oz steak cooked in 2 tbs of vegetable oil
    4 medium mushrooms
    1 cup of dark loose leaf lettuce (no iceberg-thanks moochie cat) with 1 tbs of mayo

    5 litres of water.

    I think this is ok what do you guys think?

    Looks o.k to me. The only suggestion I have to check your vegetable oil to make sure it doesn't have any trans-fat.

    Now I'm hungry for spinach and mushrooms. Lol.

      lol..I quite often find myself thinking about foods that people talk about on here and then trying them myself!

      I'd say that looks pretty good as well...and good job on the dark leafy greens...lol..thanks for listening...
