Hi was wondering if someone could review my menu somehow I think I am on the wrong track did good in induction and first few rungs of OWL but now don't know:
7/14/05
B- 2 sausage patties
2 scrambled eggs
1 cup decaf coffee with 1tbsp heavy cream
L- 1 1/2 cup lettuce
1/4 cup tomotoes
1/2 dill pickle
shrimp
ranch dressing
Snack- 1/2 apple
1 diet pepsi
D- meatballs, w/ shrimp
1cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
10 pork rinds
Does anyone know if this is right or am I not following the owl right Help

see I have not been doing the eat induction one day and the next the new food I have been adding the new food and eating it, but now I re read the stickie and iam going to have to make me a menu and post it to follow it exactly right. Like for example when I ate 32 carbs I lost 2 lbs. but now I have been keeping the carbs under that
