What level are you on Natasha. I see you have added nuts to your plan so I gather that your at least OWL, nut rung and if that is so, where are your veggies. 1 cup of green beans is fine, but you really need more variety
You need more fat, less protein and ditch the nuts, they should be an occasional treat, not a stable in your diet.
Also, you added an Atkins Bar to your diet. No No No, they are junkfood (frankenfood) and have a tendency to stall you. Leave them for when your out of induction and then be very careful. (Check out the Frequently Asked Questions Section and you'll get tons of great info.
Breakfast,
Canadian Bacon. While that is certainly Atkins legal, it doesn't have a lot of fat, so I would include a couple scrambled eggs.
Snack Cashews. Ditch me
Lunch: Chicken wings and green beans. Ok, there is nothing wrong with that.

Dinner Shrimp, catfish and Cod and more green beans. Okay, looks good.
More water. Drink at least 64 oz PLUS 8 oz for every 25 pounds you want to lose.
