I need a little help! I use Fitday to count my carbs, calories, etc., and I am running into a problem that I'm thinking may be contributing to my 3 weeks of no loss. I can't seem to get enough carbs in my diet. I manage to keep my calories between 1200 and 1500, and my fat at almost 60%, my carbs are usually WAY under, today for instance, I'm at 1% with my protein at 39%. Does any one know of some good higher carb food to eat that can help me out. Or does this really matter. I think I read on here that for optimal weight loss you should have your cals between 1200-1500 and your carbs at 10-15g....
