    Do you guys think It's a problem the I had fautatoes for lunch and dinner?I think it was about a serving each time.They are so addicting I don't see myself ever going back to regular mashed potatoes.SO creamy(I made it with a coupla tablespoons of cream),so mayory(a lot of mayo),so buttery(a lot of butter),and so cauliflowery yum.
    I CAN RESIST EVERYTHING AND TEMPTATION.

    If you are in Induction you know you can have 1 cup (measured raw, not cooked) of cauliflower a day because it's on the 1 cup veggie list. A cup of cauliflower is going to mash down into quite a small portion, so you probably did overeat if you had it at 2 meals.

    If you are done your initial 14 day Induction you might want to consider moving to the first rung of OWL and staying there for a while and then you can have an extra 5 veggie carbs.
    But still, remember that veggies are measured raw and a cup of raw spinach, for example is a lot bigger than when it's steamed down into nothing.

    Is it a problem that you did this?
    Well, I doubt you're going to have any adverse reactions weight-wise, but this sounds like a portion-control issue, and you may want to address that and deal with it now.

      lol it's funny cause I actually had a BIG whoosh this morning when I woke up.I think TOM is really messing with me.I have NOT been able to control my portions this week,it's because of TOM(he's coming).But thankfully it didn't affect me negatively at all.
