  • Could someone review please:)

    I've tried the fitday and have the worst time tring to calculate the salads. Could someone take a look and see where i am today. I just want to make sure i am on the right track with things. This is about my daily routine. I've been a t a stall for about 2 weeks. And when i don't see the motivation with pounds lost and inches i get frustrated. Not that i want to quit by no means. I know before i started this WOE i always fluctated 2-3 lbs right before and during AF. Does this still happen with this WOE. IS there something someone might suggest me try. I didn't really want to move right into OWL. (although i know sunflower seeds aren't allowed till then , But i had to add something instead of choclate. It's that time for the craving .


    Breakfast
    16.9 oz water
    3 scrambled egg
    3 slices bacon
    16.9 water
    16.9 water

    30 min ab tape
    roller skate 4 miles


    lunch
    8oz water
    salad included
    2 cup salad mix
    1/2 tom
    1/4 small onion
    ounce cheese
    1/4 cup of broc. spouts
    1 1/2 tbs sunflower seeds
    2tlb of blue cheese


    snacks
    hard boiled egg
    2 sm slices of celery with less than 2 tbls cream cheese

    dinner
    stirfry
    3/4 cup shrimp
    1/2 cup saugage
    mixed with onions, peppers, mushrooms, snow peas
    saute

    1.5 fast walk

    I would add some protein to that lunch with the salad. But that isnt a bad thing by any means, and you did have some cheese in it.

      What level are you on. I gather your in OWL with an extra cup of veggies. After the second week nuts are allowed in moderation.

      I think it looks pretty good, and I wouldn't worry about the "stall". Its not a stall, its a very normal "hesitation" that you body is going through right now and while frustrating, it isn't anything to worry about. Just keep going and you'll soon have a visit from our friend the Whooshie Fairy. ALso, you said that you were craving so that can also be why you aren'e losing. Once that passes, you'll probably have a big drop.
