    Hi guys this is my menu for today:

    I've displayed the fitday journal so you guys can see the numbers as well. I think it looks ok but my ketostix say i'm not in ketosis anymore and i'm wondering why, do you think there is a problem in the foods.

    Breakfast
    4 eggs scrambled in 1tbs vegetable oil and 1 tbs butter
    1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese
    50g Mushrooms

    Lunch
    Chicken Breast cooked in 1tbs oil
    100g of Mushrooms cooked in 1 tbs butter

    Dinner
    8 oz steak cooked in 1 tbs butter and 2 tbs veg oil with 100g of mushrooms
    50g of dark leaf lettuce with 1 tbs mayo

    5 litres of water

    Could it be the water causing the results of the ketostix to be diluted do you think

    Ketones only show up in your urine when you have enough to spill over. While in ketosis, you use ketones for energy, and since you're pretty active and not eating a lot, it's possible that you just don't have any extra to piss away, as it were.

    Water will dilute the concentration, as well, so I wouldn't say that not registering on the sticks means you're not in ketosis.

    I am concerned about how many mushrooms are listed, but I'll fully admit I have no idea what that translates to in cups. They do account for over half your carbs for the day, though. You've done a good job of spreading your veggies out through the day, and your percentages are good.

    If you're not hungry, then I'd say stick with that menu for a bit and see if you continue to lose weigh. But, if you're still feeling hungry, toss in some snacks, since your total calories are a little low for a guy of your activity level.

    BTW, 2 hours of aerobics? Congrats =D
