Hi! I am on my 2nd week of induction and I am feeling great!!
Well, besides the fact that I am working crazy hours at work and not getting much sleep
, but I really think that without this low carb lifestyle I wouldn't have the energy to work 14 hour days. This is my 2nd time around. I "did" Atkins 2 years ago with great results, but i was a student and continuing with the lifestyle during the school year proved much more difficult than during the summer. (No refrigration in your backpack
)
Anyway, my question is about veggies. I love veggies. I love snacking on cucumbers, eating salads, etc. However, I am eating too many. Does anyone have any suggestions for other snacks or additions to a protein based meal? I normally will eat meat and veggies for both lunch and dinner, but then I don't know what to snack on. Help?
