  • Does this look alright?

    Breakfast - 1 hard boiled egg, 2 strips of bacon
    Snack - 1 hard boiled egg
    Lunch - 2 cans tuna, mayo, dill pickle
    Dinner - 4 chicken wings, franks red hot sauce, hidden valley ranch dressing

    and tons of water. I work in a warehouse where the temp. is about 90 all day. I probably sweat out most of the water I drink. Do I need to change anything?

    Daily Goals:
    No wasted carbs.
    Water intake .5 -1 gallon.
    Exercise 60 minutes 5x week
    Get in the right veggies.

      By looking at that menu I have to ask if you've read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, version 2002, (DANDR for short) because although all of those foods are allowed on Atkins, there isn't much food there, and you're missing out on some key elements.
      Atkins isn't a diet of deprivation, and that list of food doesn't look like nearly enough to keep anyone going in a day....and as mentioned, where are your veggies? Dill pickles are allowed, but you need your fresh veggies for their fiber and nutrient content.
