So far on my second month of atkins, so i'm on OWL.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon
Lunch: 1/4th pound hamburger with swiss cheese.
Snack: Sometimes i'll have a small salid about 2 cups of lettice with some viniger or a atkins 0 carb dressing. If else I'll have 4-5 water glazed chicken wings.
Dinner: I'll crockpot either a beef roast, chicken, or have pork chops which I split up over a few days for dinner. If I didn't have a salid for a snack i'll make one at this time.
This keeps me pretty satisfied food wise for the day, if I really get hungry i'll have a couple turkey and swiss rollups (rolled up swiss cheese and turkey lunch meat)
