Yes, it's fine to use...make sure you're reading each label though.
But remember that a lot of dressings are fine to use in their regular form. Italian is just basically spices oil and vinegar, and I've used Kraft Rancher's Choice (and others have used Hidden Valley Ranch) since the beginning. Also blue cheese (like Marie's in the states and Renee's in Canada is perfectly fine as well).
So you don't need to spend extra $$ on something labelled low-carb when the regular version is already pretty much low-carb.
And if you are buying one of the sweeter dressings, like French, Catalina or Thousand Island, remember to count it towards your sweetener limit for the day.
