Hi everyone!
I just wanted to get everyones opinion on my meals to day.
Breakfast/ three eggs w/ some feta cheese sprinkled on top..Also one large sausage pattie. Not a big morning eater..I get up at six in the morning it's hard to eat that early.
Lunch/ A salad made with chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes,green onions,feta cheese and ranch dressing.
Dinner/ Cube steak,Green beans boiled in butter,cottage cheese.
All of the cheese today was no more then four ounces and the green beans were about a little over half a cup. I'm sorry I didn't write down the exact measurments..
I didn't think I would be posting asking for any insight.
I do know the salad greens were at about the one cup mark if that helps any???
BTW-I started Atkins about a week and a half ago and am down about five pounds.
I'm five foot even at 130#'s I would like to get to 115#'s

Oh....I did snack through the day on some beef jerky during the busy hours at work.
