  • How is this?

    Today I had

    2 eggs-
    1oz cheese
    2 slices ham
    1 TB sour cream
    1 TB salsa

    Snack-
    pepperoni/ swiss cheese slices
    1 hb egg

    Lunch-
    2 cups green leaf lettuce
    5 grape tomatoes
    1 radish
    2 TB green onion
    4 slices cucumber
    5 oz steak
    blue cheese dressing

    Dinner
    Pork ribs
    1/2 c green beans
    ranch dressing

    Lots of water.

    I feel pretty good about my day- How does it look?

    It looks fabulous.

    I'm assuming the ingredients in your salsa are all induction appropriate? That's the only thing in there that jumped out at me.

    I wanna come to your house for eats!! LOL

      That does look good!
      Did you stay within your veggie limits? Did you plug it into Fitday and see what the numbers were like? Does 'lots of water' mean you had over 64 ounces?

      One suggestion is to spread those veggies out a bit more evenly though, but other than that, it looks like you are doing good.
