  • Is this ok?

    This is what my menu will be for today
    BREAKFAST
    2 egg omelet(1tbsp chopped mushroom,1tbsp chopped onion)
    1/2. med tomato(sliced)
    16oz. water
    LUNCH
    2 cheddar burgerS with jalapeno mayo(burger is made with ground turkey)
    2c.mixed greens with dressing
    DINNER
    1C. mixed greens
    1/2c. grilled zuccini and mushrooms
    Roasted chicken

    Water intake- I'm aiming for 100-120ozs.
    SW-165lbs
    CW-152
    GW-145
    Height- 5' 6''
    Age-27/female

    Looks good to me. I seem to remember you are on OWL so the veggies quantities look about right.
    Have you checked your ratios at fitday.com?
    How do they work out?
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
