This is what my menu will be for today
BREAKFAST
2 egg omelet(1tbsp chopped mushroom,1tbsp chopped onion)
1/2. med tomato(sliced)
16oz. water
LUNCH
2 cheddar burgerS with jalapeno mayo(burger is made with ground turkey)
2c.mixed greens with dressing
DINNER
1C. mixed greens
1/2c. grilled zuccini and mushrooms
Roasted chicken
Water intake- I'm aiming for 100-120ozs.
