    Hi,

    I started induction today , and I hope someone can maybe help me finetune my menu of today

    Breakfast : 4oz Brie (can'ts stand eggs at 6.30 am)
    Lunch : can tuna in water , 1 cup salad veggies , mayo
    Afternoon snack : 2 hard boiled eggs
    Dinner : not sure yet , probably 1 cup broccoli , meat , mayo
    I drink about 10 cups of water per day, no coffee.

    Is this about right?

    Well, it's pretty close to being right but 4 ounces of brie for breakfast is a big load for your stomach to carry!
    Breakfast does not mean you have to eat eggs. You can have pretty much whatever you want. If you want brie, have it, but cut down on the amount and eat it with a celery stick, or a slice of cucumber so it's not like a big cheesy weight in your stomach. Cheese is known to stall some folks progress, and perhaps having the max daily amount in one go in the morning might not affect you in that way...but why risk it. I would be concerned about constipation issues as well, having that much at one time, especially first thing in the morning.

    I only see two cups of veggies there, so work on that so you get the amount you need to be eating. Try incorporating that third cup into either your breakfast or snack times.

    Other than that, you seem to be on the right track.
