Cheeseburger quiche (found the recipe in induction area) 4 carbs
Pork rinds (2 oz)
10 spears asparagus with hot pepper flakes on them (nuked) 4 carbs
Chicken breast dipped in egg and hot pork rinds crushed (baked)
1 stick mozzarella cheese 1 carb
1 T. Kraft low-carb BBQ sauce 1.5 carbs
sugar-free jello
Water consumption: 152 ounces
Other beverages: none

I'd suggest adding Franks Buffaol Sauce, cayenne pepper, & montreal spices (steak/hamburger/spicy chicken/garlic chicken) to your kitchen if you don't already have them.
