Hey Debbie Fancy seein' you here

I'd like to see how you spread this out over the course of the day. The only thing on there I see that should be - assuming you're on induction - is the BBQ sauce.

Careful with those pork rinds too. They're really high in sodium and it's easy to overdo them portion wise.

Asparagus is awesome. More and a bigger variety of veggies would be great. Dr. Atkins said 3 cups of salad veggies a day or 2 cups salad veggies/1 cup "other" veggie.

You already know what I do for veggies if you've read my Melting Blog.

The jello has aspartame in it as well. I'd normally suggest you ditch it during induction - and not so much because of the aspartame but to squash your sweet tooth.

You like hot/spicy food. I do too! I'd suggest adding Franks Buffaol Sauce, cayenne pepper, & montreal spices (steak/hamburger/spicy chicken/garlic chicken) to your kitchen if you don't already have them.

Second what Brook said about how you spreading it out, caution on the pork rinds and the cool spices...

And definitely more veggies. Green is great!

        Thanks for the help.

Thanks to both of you for your suggestions. I did not realize the jello or BBQ sauce would be a problem, but I shall ditch it for the time being. As for the asparagus, I love it I could eat it by the truckload. Plus, it was on sale so I had it, but I will try to add some other veggies in. Is yellow squash or cucumber ok on induction? I cannot remember.
