  • How is my day looking so far?

    Does this look induction friendly?

    ---------

    Breakfast
    - mock pumpkin danish
    - cup of decaf with 1 tsp. SFV syrup

    Morning snack
    - 1/2 a cucumber
    - 2 slices Havarti cheese

    Lunch
    Either (haven't decided yet):
    - Grilled chicken caesar salad w/tomatoes
    or
    - Bunless cheeseburger with side salad
    - Diet Sprite (with Splenda)
    32 y.o. chick
    start date: 10.20.05
    start weight: 189.3
    current weight: 182
    goal weight: 135-145ish

    I have seen the mock danish before but I don't remember whats in it. The rest looks find. but are you eating enough.

      I am certainly not an expert, but except for the Diet Sprite it looks fine. The ladies and gentlemen on the board will tell you to avoid diet drinks in general and especially if you are using them to replace water. I didn't see your water count, so are you drinking enough H20? Otherwise, it looks great!
