  • My First Induction Day

    I have lost 28lbs eating less & doing more. My diet has been fairly similiar to this, just with whole grains and sugar (cane/maple/honey). I wanted to try just the induction to help break a weight loss stall and get me closer to my goal which is 12 lbs away.

    Breakfast:
    - 2 eggs scrambled w/oz org chz, 1/2c org spin, tb org salsa
    - 32oz water

    Lunch:
    - tuna salad (1 can tongal tuna, 2tb vegenaise, 2 org pickles)
    - 3 thinly sliced org radishes
    - 16oz water
    - 48oz iced vanilla/almond black tea w/Stevia

    Dinner: (planned)
    - 1/4lb beef patty (Laura's Lean Beef no hormones/antibiotics)
    - oz org cheese
    - 1c org spin & 3 org radishes + olive oil/vinegar/spices dressing
    - 32oz water

    Calories: 1115
    Carbs: 13g

    Congrats on being close to goal! The last 10-15 pounds can be slow to come off, so be patient and don't lose heart.
    Because you are so close to goal, when you are done your 14 day Induction, it's important to start working your way up the OWL ladder. Induction is mainly used as a cleansing tool, and a springboard for forming new habits and it's not to be thought of as a crash diet. There's no harm in doing what you are doing, but don't get stuck in Induction, especially when you are so close to your goal.

      Chococat, what brand of Stevia do you use. I haven't found one that I like yet. Also is it expensive.
