check your induction acceptable list carots are not there nor is butternut squsash way to many carbs.

it helps if you tell us how much cheese you have to cause you only get 4 for the day.

Carrots and other root vegetables are not allowed on induction - relatively high carb content - you even have to be careful with onion.

And do remember 2 lites (quarts) of water is the absolute minimum.

Not being American, I cant advise on the pumpkin - its generally advisable to stick to greens.

The rules of induction are quoted here:

But good luck - stick with it - it does work.

      he said, 'Don't count calories.'

          Cary,

Welcome to the board and our WOE. You will love it once you learn the ins and outs of the WOL (Way of Life). I don't see nearly enough water (only water counts as water) as you need 64 oz. a day and another 8 oz. for each 25 pounds you want to lose. Also, it seems you are very liberable with the cheese and that needs to be counted. I am not sure what was in your salad or how big it was, but you are only allowed three cups of veggies all day so you might want to read up on what is and isn't allowed. Good luck to you.
