      I went and ate a hamburger patty with a piece of cheese so I upped the calories for you Barb. It was actually yummy.

        It's easy for me to look at your stuff and tell you the problem. However.... I have hardly eaten anything today! Yikes!!

          LOL LOL you forgot to post it to fitday so we could see if you'd upped your fats enough to get you back in the 65% range.

          next time you need fats try a hunk of cream cheese at 90% it gets you there fast for a small amount
