    20 pepperoni 1 slice cheese

    1/2 c.pork rinds

    supper

    chicken fried 1cup romaine with cheese/ grilled onions

    Are you sure you are eating enough??

    Try to spread your veggies across the day's meals to iron out any insulin spikes.

    Pepperoni and pork rinds are quite high in salt so make sure you drink extra water to avoid 'bloating' that some people get from too much sodium.

    You did not have 3 cups of veggies it seems. Remember Dr Atkins said that most of our carbs should come from veggies, so make sure you eat more veggies. It is good you are having the more nutricious romaine rather than iceberg - well done for choosing that. Make sure you read the allowed list to see what other 'salad' veggies are allowed - I like red peppers and courgettes (zucchini) in my salads to make them more interesting.

    Lots of people here make a snack of raw brocolli/cauliflower/peppers etc to dip in dressing which makes a crunchy snack with more nutritional value than pork rinds.

          The 'recommended' amount of water is 64 US fluid ounces plus 8 US fluid ounces for every 25 pounds you want to lose.
          So if you want to lose 25 pounds in total your 70 ounces is about right.

          You will see lots of us have figures in our signature that show what our startng/current/goal weights are as well as our height/age which allows posters to be able to give more specific responses to questions.

          To add this info - plus any other stuff you want - to the bottom of each post automatically just click on the link at the top of the page calles 'User CP' and then click on 'Edit signature' to find where to put it.
