    Is this okay for induction breakfast?
    "French Toast"

    1 cup pork rind crumbs
    1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
    2 large eggs
    splenda/cinnamon

    Mix. Let it sit and soften. Cook in a pan with butter.

    A bit too much for eating all of it at once I would think

    1/4 cup (4T) of cream is over the regular daily allowance
    From the allowed list:
    Cream, heavy or light (limit to two to three tablespoons a day; note carbohydrate content)

      yep the amount of cream is a little high for one serving but you could sub some water mixed with the cream.
