    im on induction and today for
    breakfast i had:1oz cream cheese and decaf coffe with sweet and low
    lunch: 2 beef patties 4 small beef meat balls and 1oz cheese
    water water water
    dinner: it going to be most probably fish
    water water water thats it

    Where are your vegis girl? You need to be having 3 cups a day. You should try to have one cup per meal.
    Watch meat balls they are often made with fillers we cannot have.
    You are not eating enough. Cream cheese and coffee do not make a good breakfast, add something more to it.
    Many people find sweet and low stall them. I would try splenda.

      I agree with Lauren - add those veggies!!

      How about celery sticks spread with that cream cheese for breakfast to start with?

        Have you read the book Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (version 2002, DANDR for short)?
        It's extremely important that you track down a copy and give it a good read so you understand the 'why' behind the diet.

        I'm glad you're really working on your water intake, but Atkins is not just meat, cheese and water. As the ladies mentioned you need to eat 3 cups of veggies a day, and there are two specific lists for you to choose from.

        Holy constipation, Batman, but you need your veggies!!
