    YEsterdays menu
    6oz steak
    2oe eggs

    cheese

    left over steak
    2 cups lettuce with VO

    cheese

    2 Chicken thighsw/2 tbls sourcrm mixed with garlic
    10 slices of cucmber w/1/2/tbls Itl dressing

    Toady's menu
    1.5 xl eggs scrmld with 2 slices swiss cheese

    1 chicken thigh
    salad w/cucum/tom/lett VO dressing

    1 large porksteak
    1 cup broccoli

    snack if hungry 2 deveiled eggs

    That looks really good. How much water are you drinking?

    Also, when you say "cheese", what type and in what quantity please?

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
