  • Eating Plan - Please Make Suggestions

    This is what I plan to eat regularly. I plan to try different things, but this will be the basics...especially the first couple weeks while I get use to it. Suggestions Welcome.

    Breakfast:
    3 Eggs Scrambled With Cheese/Meat Cooked With butter and Sausage or Bacon

    Snack (If Hungry):
    Tuna With 2 tbs. Real Mayo

    Lunch:
    Grilled Chicken (Cooked With Butter) Salad With Low Carb Ranch Dressing (Possibly tomatoes/bacon and onion in it)


    Supper:
    Some Type Of Meat (Cooked with Butter) and 1 Cup Brocolli and cheese


    Snack (If Hungry):
    Meat (Tuna, Chicken, Turkey, Leftover Meat)

    1 Gallon WATER
    45 Minutes Exercise 3-4 days a week.


    It seems like more than I eat now...so I will eat till satisfied as described in the plan.

    spread your veggies out to all meals so you get into the habit of having some protein some fat and some low glycemic carbs every time you are eating.

    think of yourself like a fine tuned engine that runs on the middle octane rating. you will not run well by having the lower octan for breackfast and then blending in the right octane later.
    remember as you add back for carbs in OWL you will be spacing them out theough out your day to lessen the blood sugar impacts so start doing it now!


    Also depending on your cut og meat you may not need to cook it in butter unless you like it that way. remember it doesn't take much fat to alter your % of fat in your daily eating plan. we only want 65% of our total cals to come from Fats. use one of the free online sties like www.fitday.com to log your foods and see where your ratio is.
