    What I ate today

    breakfast:
    Bacon Cheeseburger Quiche
    Serves 6. 2 grams per serving.
    Ingredients:
    • 1 lb. very lean hamburger
    • 1 small chopped onion
    • 4 slices crisp-cooked bacon, chopped in bits
    • 3 eggs
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup half-n-half
    • 8 oz. shredded chedder or swiss cheese
    • garlic powder to taste (optional)
    • white pepper

    Lunch:

    cheese burger with lettuce/tomato/onion
    salad,lettuce,tomato,cucumber,onion & ranch dressing


    TONS of water over 100oz

    dinner: chicken,

    my question is should I not have any more veggies tonight????????

    u sure ur allowed the dressing that ur having?
    also those are really high calorie meals. ur so lucky u can eat all that in the morning. I have trouble eating so much in the mornings

      I gave the recipe, I only had one piece not the whole pie the whole thing is 6 servings see recipe again! Yes the dressing has no sugar/carbs. I generally use vinegar & oil

        Ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing are both generally naturually low carb. Always check the label, but I think your fine. If all the veggies you eat are leaf lettuce things you can eat up to 3 cups. You did well as you mixed tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and lettuce. They should probably equal up to 2 cups total. Lettuce alone has very little going for it in the health department so adding colorful veggies is important.
