Bacon Cheeseburger Quiche
Serves 6. 2 grams per serving.
Ingredients:
Lunch:
cheese burger with lettuce/tomato/onion
salad,lettuce,tomato,cucumber,onion & ranch dressing
TONS of water over 100oz
dinner: chicken,
my question is should I not have any more veggies tonight????????

- 1 small chopped onion
- 4 slices crisp-cooked bacon, chopped in bits
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup half-n-half
- 8 oz. shredded chedder or swiss cheese
- garlic powder to taste (optional)
- white pepper
Lunch:
