    Breakfast:

    1 hardboiled egg



    Lunch:

    3 slices of deli turkey

    1 tbsp. mayo

    1 tbsp. pesto (no bread crumbs, no pine nuts)

    3 oz. mozzarella cheese

    1 cup romaine lettuce

    1 tbsp. Caesar dressing

    0.5 cup of cherry tomatoes



    Dinner:

    4 oz. ground beef

    1 oz. mozzarella cheese

    1 cup spinach



    TOTALS:

    Calories- 1269

    Fat- 100 grams

    Carbs- 11 grams

    Protein- 81 grams

    72%/28%/3%



    EXERCISE:

    50 Lunges

    30 situps

    30 pushups

    30 leg lifts on each side

    100 jumping jacks

    30 minute walk
    Age: 22
    Height: 5'3
    Start Weight: 182
    Current Weight: 182
    Goal Weight: 115

    Restarted Induction for the very, very last time on: 11/29/2005

    Looks good Kelly!

    The only thing I would suggest is that you could have had half a cup of mushrooms or other 2-cup veggies with the hardboiled egg to spread your 3 cups across the day.

        My suggestion would be to 'beef' up that breakfast. I thnink you need to start eating more there. I egg is not enough.

        The old saying that breakfast is the most important meal is no joke, but it needs a committment to stick to it, that's something I've had to face in my life.

          On induction and Atkins, it's my opinion that this bit is not necessay to worry about. Actually to me it looks a little low.
