530-7am workout at gym
These are the things i eat. lunch and dinner, everything listed is not what i eat all at once.. hehe im just putting what i normally eat..i usually eat till im full. should i not do that? I know eating like 5-6 little meals a day is better for fat burning, but its hard with my job to eat at my desk.. i have a lot of clients that come in and out
Breakfasts. (always eat this)
1.2 eggs
2.1 sausage patty
3.2-3 pieces of bacon
Lunch (things i eat)
1.packet of tuna or chicken (tysons)
2.fruit (musk melon / black berries / raspberries / honey dew all mixed fresh)
3.chicken breasts
4.fresh broccali / coliflower / celery
5.salad
Dinner
1.chicken breasts
2.fish (lots of variety)
3.steamed veggies (broccali / coliflower / celery / green beans - mostly)
4.pork tenderloin
5.salad
6.fruit (musk melon / black berries / raspberries / honey dew all mixed fresh)
Snacks
1.pepporoni chips (baked pepporoni slices)
2.kolby jack cheese
3.fruit (musk melon / black berries / raspberries / honey dew all mixed fresh)
4.fresh broccali / coliflower / celery (little peanut butter)
The thing is, im getting kinda bored of these
I look through the recipes here and love some of them...but making that stuff can get quite expensive and time consuming
What are some other quick snacks / dinners i should check out?
