sorry, another veggie question. I noticed in the salad veggie portion of the induction plan it just says "peppers" are allowed. Does that mean just regular green and red peppers...is it okay for me to have banana peppers? They have 1 carb per serving and no sugar. I love em so I'm hoping they're allowed.

Just checking cause I've lost 13 pounds so far and I'm trying not to screw up.

awesome, that makes me pathetically happy. trying to mix my diet up more.

do you happen to know what the net carbs are for 1 cup of green peppers? I've googled but I always get different answers. I put 1 cup= 6.90 net carbs in fitday....that sound about right?

thanks for helping btw,I know you helped me last time too.

          Re: peppers

According to my fitdaypc it is 10-3 fibre, so your 6.9 net carbs sounds about right
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I use fitday exclusively to count carbs....it's just easier to have one stop carb counting.

Have you read this about fitday?
