I hope that coffee is decaf???
Other than that...if I really have to pinpoint something, maybe you should have some of your veggies in the am. and what is in your salad? Only lettuce or things with fiber in it.
Otherwise it looks yummy to me!
You're not getting too much cheese, are you?

No the coffee is not decaf and I know that is a big no-no. In the salad only lettuce, green onions and grated carrots. I think I am within the alotted amount for cheese. The cheese is not causing any sort of problems. I am just struggling with this sick feeling and some weakness.

Ok, I posted that I couldn't find your menu but I lied. Sometimes when I eat a lot of protein, like 2 hamburgers in one day or a hamburger plus chicken, I get nauseaus. It seems like it just happens to be a lot of protein for my body to handle. Perhaps you're the same way?

Have you entered the foods into www.fitday.com to see how your ratios pan out? You should be aiming at 65% fat/30% protein/5% carbs on induction.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Here's a link to help you out with Fitday http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5235

You're in Induction, right? Carrots aren't allowed during Induction...you'll be able to add those in again higher up on the rungs of OWL.
Make sure you have a variety of veggies in your salads (chosen from the two lists in DANDR) and watch that cheese intake. I also notice you are a half cup shy of the 3 cups a day of veggies you need.
You might want to mix half regular and half decaf coffee for a week and wean yourself off of caffiene entirely. You may get headachey doing that, but best to get that monkey off your back.

Re: Menu of the nausated one

since you have morning sickness only and are not preggo you maybe having too low blood sugar ( saw your other topic).
Our bodies naturally increase our blood sugars in the AM as part of our waking up this can trigger insulin production in anticipation of the soon to be gotten meal which if that meal isn't rapidly coming can drop the blood sugars and make you feel sick to your tummy. How soon after you get up are you having breakfast?

Eating a slightly larger but not a higher protein snack in the evening might fix this. It has for many diabetics.
