ok so i posted the other day saying i cant stop eating and i know im eating way too much.
i kind of had it under control but the last 2 days have been baad (TOM).
anyhooo... it's hard to do but i was wondering if you guys could look at my fitday menu and give yr opinions.
I just want to tell you all that i am a special ed. teacher and my job involves keeping track of 12 children daily and we are on the 4th floor (2 flights to each floor) and i'm up and down those flights loads! so i am pretty active during the day.
i read the book and seems to say that fat calories are ok but have i gone overboard? has anyone lost while eating this much? (5'7, 212 lbs.)
