  • this is hard to do but...

    ok so i posted the other day saying i cant stop eating and i know im eating way too much. i kind of had it under control but the last 2 days have been baad (TOM).
    anyhooo... it's hard to do but i was wondering if you guys could look at my fitday menu and give yr opinions.

    I just want to tell you all that i am a special ed. teacher and my job involves keeping track of 12 children daily and we are on the 4th floor (2 flights to each floor) and i'm up and down those flights loads! so i am pretty active during the day.

    i read the book and seems to say that fat calories are ok but have i gone overboard? has anyone lost while eating this much? (5'7, 212 lbs.)

    I reckon you are doing fine!

    You are doing a lot of activity!

    I suppose the important thing is to see how your weight loss goes whilst eating those things.

      First thanks for being there for those specail needs kids


      it could be one of those foods is a trigger food for you. Keep track of what you eat when and how you feel before during and after so you can see if some one legal food is triggering you to feel you need more food. CELERY was a triggering food for me and I had to give it up.
      Just keep reminding yourself every bite am I eating this cause I am hungry or cause it looks good tastes good and I got room in my belly? if you keep atfer you soon you will change your overating even when Tom is present. Glad you kept it in Atkins ratios and low carb.

      When I started Atkins I lost on almost 4000 cals so the total cals in will not mess you up if your ttoal cals out from all sources exceeds it.

        Thanks guys! i haven't weighed myself in a few days but after i do i will check back in. i don't really feel thinner or heavier so we'll see!

        but i am having fun though eating all these foods!
