Ok,

So my Girlfriend picked up some:

Sugar free Jellow
Sugar free coolaid
Diet Rite drink

All these have 0 carbs, if i use splenda are these actaully 0 carbs?

after you drink all your needed water you CAN have Splenda sweetened soda BUT remember you have to count the SPlenda servings and they are limited to 3 a day. A can of soda has 1.5 servings of soda so it has 1.5 servings of Splenda too.
Liquid Splenda is carb free. Powdered Splenda has dextrose added and has carbs.

IS the sugarfree Koolaide the plain poder you add your own sweetner to or is it already sweetened without Sugar added kind? Check the ingredients label if it is already sweetened to see what the sweetner is. Again it will be like the soda after the water.

The jello again check the ingredients and see if they are lefgal most sugarfree Jello is not Splenda sweetened.

Remeber too that Dr Atkins said sweets and desserts are to be occational treats not every day events. OUr sweet ttoth is what caused the majority of us to need to be doing Atkins to lose weight. During induction it is a wonderful time to abstain from sweets fro 14 days and greatly reduce your need for sweets as part of your WOE.

thanks for the tips, the koolaid is powder, wherei add my own sugar...not pre mixed

then with the koolaide you then have the issue of adding carbs to it unless you have liquid Splenda rmemeber too 1/2 your carbs are supposed to come from your veggies. So the remaining 1/2 is yours to do with what you want sticking to Dr Atkins rules remember cheese eggs and spices have carbs too.
