Hey, I am hoping for some help here, my fitday account is public and in my siggy. . .I just can't seem to get enough carbs. Is it because I haven't been eating eggs? Are my carb levels too low? How do I get eggs in my diet with a 3 year old and 8 month old at home? No time to scramble them for breakfast and besides deviled or boiled, that's all I like. . .This is day...hmm...18 I think, but I did crappy the first two weeks, and still lost! Now, I am in a cheat free challenge and back to being a good girl, but what am I missing???!??!!!!
