I would just relax a little about calories, and get a FitDay account to make sure your ratios (fat protein and carbs) are correct instead. The idea that you need to eat less to lose weight on Atkins is sort of crazy--especially when you are drinking caffinated drinks and using artificial sweeteners, either of which in itself may be triggering a slowed or stalled weight loss.
Where do you go to school (high school or college) ? Many food courts have things like hamburgers or salad so that you can get a substantial midday meal. We have a Burger King and I often get a Whopper, throw away the bun, and grab a side salad.
