I am also new. My menu is usually eggs, sausage for breakfast. For lunch usually chicken broth with an egg in it (like egg drop soup) or french onion with cheese. For dinner some form of meat and maybe a green salad. How do you make a journal and a goal weight?

Hi Angi
Your menu seems to have no 'illegal' foods as far as I can see, though you havent specified amounts which would make it easier to comment on.

You shoukd be spreading your 3 cups of vegetables across all your meals to even out any sugar spikes from the carbs.

To make a journal just go to the journal forum and click on 'new thread' and post an opening message with your name in the title so people will know it is you and visit you!!

You can add just the numbers for your goal weight etc by going to your User Control panel (User CP link at the top of the page' and just typing it into your 'signature'. Most people enter start weight/current weight/ goal weight like this xxx/xxx/xxx.

Or if you want a 'ticker' with a moving icon that shows it graphically you can set one up for free at www.tickerfactory.com and other sites and post the url you will be given in your signature surrounded by .

hope this helps
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

You want to be careful with french onion soup as onions are high in carbs and generally a lot are used to cook down into the beef broth, so I imagine it's pretty high in carbs.
