    B: 2-3 eggs fried in real butter

    L: chicken breast seasoned with various spices, a small amount (1 tbsp or so) of parmesan cheese, sauteed in olive oil plus 1.5 cups mixed greens with olive oil and vinager dressing

    D: baked haddock fillet with butter and dill plus 1.5 cups mixed greens with dressing as above

    S: 1 or 2 oz string cheese, tuna mixed with real mayo
    It's now or never.

    Looks good for a 1st day. Remember that Atkins is a high fat way of eating. Make sure you follow the book precisely during induction. That will get you into ketosis faster. Make sure you drink at least 64 oz of water plus 8 oz for every 20 pounds you are over goal weight.

    I use www.fitday.com to track my carbs and my fat/protein/carb ratio. A good goal is 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs.

      I'd say that looks really good too! Keep it up and tweak it as necessary.
