those are not ingredients that is the nutritioanla label.

if you want cream in your coffee use real cream.

If it isn't on the Acceptable Foods list, then you cannot eat it. Simple as that.
Just because something says low carb, or appears to have a low carb count, it doesn't make it Induction friendly. You have to know what the ingredients are, not just the carb count.
Time to haul out your copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution and give the chapter on Induction another read through to refresh yourself.
As 2Big says, we can have real cream...and that's a LOT nicer than some powdered gunk for sure!

        **Ingredients & Nutrition information**
        Coffee Mate ingredients are:
Glucose Syrup, Hydrogenated vegetable fat, Acidity Regulators (E331, E340, E452), Milk Proteins, Emulsifiers (E471, E472e), Colour (E101).

Coffee Mate Nutrition Information (per 100g):
        Energy - 551kcal
        Protein - 2.4g
        Carbohydrate - 27.6g (of which sugars 8.7g)
        Fat - 34.5g (of which saturates - 34.2g)
        Fibre - Nil
        Sodium - 0.4g

        **Instructions**
A typical 500g tin of Coffee Mate, based upon the suggested instructions of using 2 heaped tea spoonfuls per cup of coffee, will last for 75 servings.
If 500 grams=75 servings, then one serving (2 heaped teaspoons) must weigh about 6.5 grams, making the carb count for that = 1.8 carbs

Also I have emboldened the non-atkins ingredients.
        glucose syrup=sugar
        hydrogenated vegetable fat=transfats.

So as suggested - use real cream instead!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
