You can post the url to your fitday account here any time you want some advice or confirmation of your menus!
Make sure you also remind us of what stage of Atkins you are at!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

        Oops..that's not quite it.
On the main page, scroll down a bit and it says how to make your fitday public. Just follow those directions and we'll be able to see it.

You ate 1 cup of blue cheese? Or is that a typo?
If so, you went way over your cheese limit with that and the brie.
And as 2Big says, where's all your veggies.

A note about the mushrooms...were they cooked? If so, remember that you need to measure your veggies raw, not cooked. This is really important when it comes to things like mushrooms and spinach that cook down so much. A cup of cooked mushrooms is way more than a cup of raw.

                thank you girls

the mushrooms were raw I steemed in the microwave.
it is not a cup of cheese it is 50 gr..the amount I ate wasnt there so I went for the bigger they had just in case.

                Cant I have brie cheese??

Ithink toamtoes are fron the 2nd veggie group that is why I only had two poetions of veggies.

and ...how much is cup in gr.? I try to see it as a tenis ball is this the size of a cup? the same as a tenis ball?

                hugs

Re: how do I post my fitday menu?

If you dont have the american measuring cups you can use a mls measuring jug.

                  I american cup = 8 US fluid ounces = 237 mls

So fill the measuring jug up to the 237 mls mark and that is the same as one cup.

Difficult to do with bulky veggies and meat, so you can try using this database http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/
which lets you type in the weight of a food and see the nutrition info for that amount.

You can download the database to your own computer to use offline too.
