  • be nice, i'm a newbie!

    okay --this is what i've eaten today. how am i doing? i'm on day six of induction. lipolysis strips say "slight".

    bfast:

    3 egg omelet with a sprinkling of parm cheese
    decaf coffee with one splenda and cream

    lunch:

    grilled chicken
    2 cups salad
    ceasar dressing - 2 tbspns
    shredded bleu cheese sprinkled over top (2 tablespoons approx)

    dinner (i'm off to work, so i had to eat early)

    3 strips of bacon
    cheeseburger
    shredded lettuce - 1/2 cup
    2 tomato slices
    mayonnaise

    and lots of water, water, water....

    i'm hoping i don't get hungry later. what do ya'll think??
    current weight - 128
    goal weight - 115
    height - 5'4"

    Hey that looks good to me!
    Are you using www.fitday.com to check your numbers? If not, there's a sticky in this forum that can help you learn how to use it. It's very helpful when you want to confirm that you are on the right track...and it's free!

    And if you get hungry later, by all means eat something! Having a protein/fat combo snack (a boiled egg, ham wrapped around a piece of cheese, chicken dipped in ranch dressing..along those lines) will satisfy you quicker and sustain you longer. So don't be shy to eat when you are hungry.

    You don't say what is in your salad (take a moment and read the How To Post a Menu sticky as well, too) but I'm hoping its a mix of veggies and not just lettuce. Make every bite count by having a variety of veggies so you benefit from the nutrients and fiber that they all offer.

      ...Did you read the book..LOL I think you did

      so your menu looks good, no foods not allowed on induction.

      how do you feel? Are you satisfied? Hungry?
