  • using fitday?

    so i'll use fitday b/c it seems to be helpful to many people, but my question is...how do i analyze the numbers? what is an acceptable ratio, etc?
    current weight - 128
    goal weight - 115
    height - 5'4"

    The generally accepted ratios for induction are 65% fat/30% protein/5% carbs which was arrived at by a university analysis of the suggested induction menus as far as I know.

    Have you read the sticky at the top of the forum here about using fitday? It has some useful tips on how to get the most out of it.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      yes, i found the sticky! thank you. i just got into how to use fitday today and hope to be posting my menus.
