so i'll use fitday b/c it seems to be helpful to many people, but my question is...how do i analyze the numbers? what is an acceptable ratio, etc?

The generally accepted ratios for induction are 65% fat/30% protein/5% carbs which was arrived at by a university analysis of the suggested induction menus as far as I know.
Have you read the sticky at the top of the forum here about using fitday? It has some useful tips on how to get the most out of it.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
