    Hey Guys

    My name is Edwin. Im 23 5'7 221 lbs. I am trying to get to 200lbs or under 200lbs. I use to be 185lbs and over the years have not taken real care of myself. I started induction on tuesday, so i've only been on it 3 days. I want to get some feedback on what I'm eating so far to see if i should change anything or if its fine. I've weighed myself today and have no lost anything, so just wondering what else i can do to help myself. Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks

    Low carb tortilla w/ 2 eggs and 2 bacon strips and 2 slices of cheese
    Salad (Iceberg lettuce, Greenleaf lettuce, tomato & Broccoli w/ 2 tbsp of Ranch) 1 1/2 - 2 cups
    A form of meat with either just spices (Seasoning salt, pepper) or baked with mayo and cheese (Lunch and Dinner)
    64 oz of water..goal it to try to drink 128 oz a day
    I had one diet dr. pepper a night ago.
    Did 30 minutes of running on Tuesday. <--- I need to do more of this.

    welcome to Atkins and ADBB.
    first question is do you have a copy of DR ATKINS NEW DIET REVOLUTION 2002 edition? for induction there is a list of foods that are acceptable to eat and low carb tortillas are not on it. if you don't have the book you can see the lists in our induction and FAQ forums while you are getting the book.

    that is 3 cups a day of salad and needs to be spread to all meals so as you progress you will have the carbs spread out to all meals with your proteins and fats.
    congrats on getting your exercise started. we have a running topic called cool running if you want to post witht he other runners. if you use a tread mill join the treadmill chalenge. Being accountable for your exercise will help on the days you don't wantr to do it. we have a 6WEC challenge and several others too that you can check out in our exercise forum.

      Hello Edwin..Congratulations on making the decison to start on your weight loss journey.

      I see a only a few points...No low carb tortillas in induction

      Do you like any other kinds of vegies you sould have some with lunch and dinner, like i like fried chicken...just chicken and seasoning no flour!! fried in oil with broccoli/cauliflower/green beans/cabbage/turnips on the side, with cheese sometimes.

      You should have only 3-4 ozs of cheese a day so keep that in mind since I am not sure how much you are putting on your meat.
