Hey Guys
My name is Edwin. Im 23 5'7 221 lbs. I am trying to get to 200lbs or under 200lbs. I use to be 185lbs and over the years have not taken real care of myself.
I started induction on tuesday, so i've only been on it 3 days. I want to get some feedback on what I'm eating so far to see if i should change anything or if its fine. I've weighed myself today and have no lost anything, so just wondering what else i can do to help myself. Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks
Low carb tortilla w/ 2 eggs and 2 bacon strips and 2 slices of cheese
Salad (Iceberg lettuce, Greenleaf lettuce, tomato & Broccoli w/ 2 tbsp of Ranch) 1 1/2 - 2 cups
A form of meat with either just spices (Seasoning salt, pepper) or baked with mayo and cheese (Lunch and Dinner)
64 oz of water..goal it to try to drink 128 oz a day
I had one diet dr. pepper a night ago.
Did 30 minutes of running on Tuesday. <--- I need to do more of this.
