  • 12th day of induction menu

    breakfast: 2 eggs fried in extra virgin olive oil. one small tomato fried. 3 cups of water.

    lunch: tin of tuna (150g) mixed with 1.5 tablespoons of the kind of mayonaise your mother warned you about. cup of green salad.

    Dinner: three chicken breast steaks (200g) fried in extra virgin olive oil and each steak topped with 30g of cheese (melted) with two cups of green salad.

    Extras: about 12 more cups of water. spread through the day.

    what do you all think about the fat content? too little? I keep checking my ketosis and it bubbles along at moderate ketones most of the time occaisionally rising to heavy.

    That looks pretty good to me...but you'll want to put your foods into www.fitday.com to see how the numbers stack up if you want to know where your are with the fat/protein/carb ratio.

      Menu looks fine to me(
      I would add some variety to your veggies intake...this will prevent you from getting bored with this WOE and will get you to experiment new veggies before starting OWL!
      Scroll down the acceptable food list and have a look at the recipe forum if you are not confindent (like I wasn't) with most of them!
