    Would anyone please critique my menu

    6 eggs prepared differently daily
    3 cubic inches of cheese
    1 cup cut cucumber
    2 cup shredded lettuce
    3 tablesoons of Mayo
    2 medium size meat patties
    1 can of tuna(in water)
    1 cup brocolli boiled

    Total calories: 2013
    Fat : 60%
    Carb: 2%
    Protein: 38%


    Fat 129 Carbs 21 Protein 186

    Doing extreme heavy lifting and cardio What changes should be made?

    Looks pretty decent, Zuki!
    The percentages are close to where they need to be.
    If this is for Induction then you are over the veggie limit by one cup. It's fine for the first rung of OWL though and since you are doing heavy workouts, I'd say it's just fine.
    Mix up your veggies though..get some others in there to benefit from the various nutrients and fiber that they offer.
    You might want to google tuna limits as it's not generally recommended that tuna be eaten every day of the week due to mercury content.

      Thanks for the info.

      Good point about the tuna, I was really just using it for the protein.

      Most of the time I will swtich my veggies around, but I like my meals boring and easy

      What I really need to know if I should increase my protein since I am destroying my muscles

      I'm basically a powerlifter on a cutting WOE(Atkins induction and owl). Then at my goal BF percent, I will be a powerlifter eating Atkins maintainence.
