Thanks in advance to all who check my menu for me. I want to start OWL on Monday, but I am worried that I am eating too much (too many calories). I only eat when I am hungry, but it seems like I have been eating more as of late. I have been doing more exercise, and I drink around 100 oz. of water a day. I don't drink anything but water. I weighed myself this morning and I gained 3 pounds. I don't know if this is because of the added exercise (maybe more muscle?), or because TOM is comming, or because I have been eating too much. Any advice would be very much appreciated!!! Thanks!!

) so if you are eating till no longer hungry not just to finish your plate (as our parents always made us do!!) then that is fine.
