I don't think I am using Fitday correct. I thought that in the column at the top, you took your total carbs, and subtracted the fiber to get your net carbs. It a different post 2big said that fitday does it automatically. If that is the case, I go over my carbs allowed if I eat the veggies that I am allowed. I am so confused on this! I don't see a spot anywhere on Fitday for Net Carbs, just total carbs. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
I am a little nervous about this, because I had planned on starting OWL tomorrow, but if I have been wrong about Fitday I am going to have to stay on Induction until I get this figured out.
